The completion date for the “Kelheim B46” project has been announced.

ZDM’s new project includes comfortable three-story terraced houses, each with a terrace and garden, with a total area of 193.0 m2.

Work on “Kelheim B46” is progressing as planned and will be completed by September 2024.

The terraced houses have private gardens facing south-west. The houses have all amenities, including sauna, modern LED lighting with KNX technology, underfloor heating, two parking spaces each and much more.
